UCCCB was present in Official Inauguration of MIRRI-ERIC Headquarters
The University of Coimbra Bacteria Culture Collection (UCCCB) director Prof. Dr. Paula Vasconcelos Morais and curator Dr. Diogo Neves Proença were present at Official inauguration of MIRRI-ERIC Headquarters at University of Minho Braga, which took place on December 14th, 2022. The ceremony started with the Coordinator of MIRRI Prof. Dr. Nelson Lima and had also the presence of the Portuguese Minister of Science Prof. Dr. Elvira Fortunato and the President of FCT (Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia) Prof. Dr. Madalena Alves. UCCCB as a member of MIRRI PT participated in a meeting along with other Portuguese Microbial Culture Collections.
